FAQs

Do you do wholesale?

Yes! I sell wholesale to stockists, restaurants and other specialised small businesses. You can either select pieces from the Yen Ceramics range as seen in the shop, or work with me to create something just for you! You can explore the gallery for a little inspiration. Then just inquire using this form to get started.

Do you do commissioned pieces?

Yes! I love getting to create something unique for my customers. If you have seen my previous work but would like something special just for you, shoot me an email. Let's start chatting about what it is that you would like!

How do you ship your pieces?

Each piece is hand wrapped with bubble wrap and brown paper, and boxed carefully before being shipped with Australia Post to its new home. Sustainability is at the heart of Yen Ceramics and I try to ensure that all my wrapping paper and boxes are made from recycled materials. All bubble wrap is recycled from deliveries to the studio, and when bubble wrap is not available, Ranpak (cardboard bubble wrap) is used as an alternative to ensure your pieces will arrive safely.

Do you offer classes or workshops?

Occasionally I offer 1:1 wheel throwing or small group hand-building workshops. If you would like to learn more about this you can head to Kaelan the Kiln or send me an email. Due to the nature of ceramics, I only offer wheel workshops to those who live locally in the Northern Rivers region. Though during Coronavirus isolation, you can have an online 1:1 handbuilding workshop.

Acknowledgment
